Participation Information

We are delighted to invite folk ensembles, choral groups, orchestras, brass bands, majorette teams, vocal groups, and art schools (children, youth, and adult groups) to participate in the XXXVI International Music & Dance Festival in Prague, taking place from March 27 to March 30, 2025, in the stunning city of Prague, Czech Republic.

The main objective of the festival is to present the cultural traditions of different countries and offer participants the opportunity to establish friendships, showcase their culture through dance and music, and experience the vibrant atmosphere of Prague. The festival’s unique concept involves bringing music closer to the public by performing in the city’s streets and squares.

Each ensemble is required to prepare a performance lasting 5 to 15 minutes, using their own music (live orchestra or USB).

Registration Fees:

€169 for 3 nights with half board at hotels like Top Hotel**.
€159 for 3 nights with half board at hotels like Olympik Congress** or Olympik Tri Star***.
€119 for 2 nights with half board at hotels like Olympik Congress** or Olympik Tri Star***.

Payment can be made in installments until the departure date. A free spot is available for every 25th participant.

What’s Included:

– Accommodation with half board in triple (1/3) or quadruple (1/4) rooms (supplement for double (1/2) room is €5–€7 per person per night depending on the hotel).
– Festival organization and expenses.
– Invitation letter for visa purposes.

What’s Not Included:

– Tourist tax: €2 per day (applicable only for individuals over 18 years old).
– Additional hotel day: €45 per person for 1/3 or 1/4 rooms, depending on the hotel.
– Refundable hotel deposit: €20–€30 per person, depending on the hotel.
– Transportation, parking, insurance, vignette fees, or any other travel-related costs.
– Optional excursions and activities (prices listed in the “Excursions Info” section).
