The festival is not competitive and is open to mixed choirs, male choirs, women’s choirs, youth choirs, sacred music choirs, gospel choirs, folk music choirs, etc. Each choir is encouraged to perform in its own style; however, please note that performances will take place in Catholic churches, and the song list should include sacred music, preferably with an Easter theme, including gospel songs. Performances can be a cappella or accompanied by a piano organ or other musical instruments (provided by the choir, if applicable).
Participants will be accommodated in a 3-4 star hotel on a half-board basis. The festival package prices for a 3-night stay at a 4-star hotel in Costa Brava are as follows:
Twin room per person: €215
Triple room per person (3 adults): €210
Quadruple room per person (4 adults): €205
Triple room per person (2 adults and 1 child aged 4-11): €200
Quadruple room per person (2 adults and 2 children aged 4-11): €195
Single room supplement per night: €18
For extra persons who are not performers (friends, family, etc.), there is a €5 supplement per person per night.

Arrival of all choirs in Costa Brava Maresme (by own transport or via arranged airport transfers from Barcelona or Girona)
Buffet lunch and dinner at the hotel.
Friday, April 5
Morning: Free time for leisure or optional excursions.
Buffet lunch at the hotel.
Evening: First Festival Night in one of the local baroque churches.
Saturday, April 6
Buffet breakfast at the hotel.
Morning: Free time or optional excursions.
Buffet lunch at the hotel.
Evening: Second Festival Night in another church in the region.
Sunday, April 7
Buffet breakfast at the hotel.
Morning: Optional excursions to splendid villages and cities of the Catalonia region.
Buffet lunch at the hotel.
Evening: Final night of the festival with participation certificates presented by local authorities and the organizing committee.
Monday, April 8
Departures of all International Choirs.
If you require extra nights due to flight itineraries or personal preferences, arrangements can be made at €45 per person per night on a full board basis.
For groups arriving by air or sea, special rates for transfers from Barcelona or Girona airport to the hotel can be arranged.
Each group is responsible for airfare/transportation to Costa Brava and must participate in the festival accommodation packages.
A deposit of approximately 30% of the total amount is required at the time of registration, which is non-refundable.
