Event Dates: June 9 – 13, 2024
Arrival: Participants must arrive in Kuşadası on June 9 (Wednesday). Hotel check-in time is 14:00.
Departure: Participants will check out on June 13 (Sunday) starting from 11:00 a.m. (after breakfast).
Participant Limit: There is no limit to the number of participants.
Performance Requirements:
Participants may use USB or live music for their performances.
Each group will perform in a designated location as determined by the festival committee.
Performances will last between 8 and 12 minutes.
All performances will be conducted in an open area, with designated performance spaces of 8 x 8 meters.
Festival Language: English.
Insurance: Each group is responsible for their own travel, health, and other insurance.
Flags: Each group should bring flags representing their countries.
Age Restrictions: There are no age restrictions for participants.
Eligible Performance Types:
Application Requirements: Each group must submit 5 different pictures and 1 video showcasing their performances.
Hotel Details: Participants will be accommodated in a 4-star hotel located near the seaside.
Room configurations:
Triple Rooms: 1 French bed and 1 single bed.
Quadruple Rooms: 1 French bed, 1 single bed, and 1 extra bed (note: extra bed is smaller than the others).
Pricing:
Participant fee: €160 per person for 5 days (all-inclusive).
Extra day: €40 per person.
Double room: €47 per person per day.
Single room: €67 per person per day.
Free Participant Offer: One free participant for every 26 paying participants.

14:00: Welcome and check-in at hotel.
14:00 – 18:00: Free time at hotel (Swimming pool and sea).
18:30 – 20:30: Dinner.
20:30 – 22:00: Meeting with director and choreographer.
Day 2: June 10
07:00 – 10:00: Breakfast.
10:30 – 12:00: Visit Kuşadası Municipality.
12:30 – 14:00: Lunch.
13:00 – 18:30: Boat trip.
19:00 – 20:00: Dinner.
20:30 – 22:00: Performances (maximum 8 minutes for each group).
Day 3: June 11
07:00 – 10:00: Breakfast.
10:00 – 16:30: Trip to Virgin Mary House and Selçuk Museum.
12:30 – 13:30: Lunch.
16:30 – 19:00: Free time.
19:00 – 20:00: Dinner.
20:30 – 22:00: Performances (maximum 8 minutes for each group).
Day 4: June 12
07:00 – 10:00: Breakfast.
10:00 – 14:00: Trip to Efes Ancient City.
12:00 – 13:00: Lunch.
14:30 – 18:30: Free time (hotel activities – swimming pool and sea).
19:00 – 20:00: Dinner.
20:30 – 22:30: Performances (maximum 12 minutes for each group).
Day 5: June 13
07:00 – 10:00: Breakfast.
11:30: Departure time for groups.
Historical and Touristic Trips: Scheduled for participants during free time.
Additional Activities: Aquapark and yacht trips are available at an extra cost.
