Soloists, duets, trios: up to 4 minutes
Small groups (4-10 individuals): up to 6 minutes
Ensembles/groups (11+ individuals): up to 9 minutes
Multiple Genre Participation: Allowed with separate applications and fees.

Laureates of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Prizes receive individual diplomas, medals, and group cups.

Special certificates for free future participation awarded at jury discretion.
All participants receive memorabilia, badges, a leader’s folder, individual diplomas, and medals.

Groups must submit an application with a high-quality backing track via email. All banking fees are the responsibility of the sender.
Stay Duration and Costs:
4 days/3 nights accommodation with half-board (dinner on arrival day to breakfast on departure day)
Hostel/2* Hotel (4-5 beds): €158 per participant (additional night: €35)
3* Hotel (2-3-4 beds): €178 per participant (additional night: €45)
Group leaders: Accommodated in 2-3 bed rooms
Free Offer for Groups: 1 free leader spot for every 20 participants
Inclusions: Accommodation, half-board meals, participation in festival events with awards
Exclusions: Festival participation fees, optional excursions, museum entry, transportation, personal expenses, and organized city tours.
Advance Payment: Groups pay a 10% deposit as a guarantee fee, deducted from the final payment.

April 26, 2024: Breakfast, city walking tour, free time for optional excursions, dinner
April 27, 2024: Festival day with rehearsals, Opening Ceremony, competition performances, Closing Ceremony with awards, dinner
April 28, 2024: Breakfast, check-out, free day, departure
Participation Requirements:
The festival is a mandatory event for participants, including the Opening and Closing Ceremonies, parade, and other organized activities (concerts, workshops, etc.).
