We invite you to join us in the beautiful city of Budapest, Hungary.
Budapest is the biggest city and the economic, historic, cultural and touristic capital of Hungary. It is a city on either side of the majestic Danube: Buda, with its romantic streets and alleyways, and Pest, an effervescent cultural center. Budapest is a city of thermal baths, striking turn-of-the-century architecture, classical music, cultural monuments and vibrant nightlife.
The city creates the perfect backdrop for an unforgettable cultural exchange during the festival from 2-5 April 2026.
Festival Welcomes:
Folk dance ensembles, choirs, vocal groups, musical orchestras (all ages).
General Rules:
Performances lasting for 1 or 2 evening performances.
Bring national flag and group name board.
Provide own music (orchestra or USB/CD).
Send group history, 3-5 photos, and video via email.
Groups arrange own transport. Local transfers available at extra cost.
All participants must have international health insurance.
Accommodation in 3-star or 4-star hotels in Budapest.
Participation Fee:
3-star hotels:
139 EUR – 3 nights with bed & breakfast.
Rooms: triple and double (max 5 double rooms free; extra doubles: +6 EUR/room/day).
Single room supplement: 30 EUR/room/day.
4-star hotels:
149 EUR – 3 nights with bed & breakfast.
Rooms: triple and double.
Single room supplement: 35 EUR/room/day.
Additional Benefits:
Each 26th person FREE (25 paying + 1 free).
Bus drivers included in total number.
Payment Terms:
10% guarantee fee upon approval (deducted from final payment).
20 EUR/person reservation fee (deducted from final payment).
Remainder payable by bank transfer before arrival or in cash upon arrival.
Cancellation less than 5 days before festival: reservation fee not refundable.
