We warmly invite folk ensembles, choral groups, music theatre teams, modern dance teams, orchestras, majorette teams, and children and youth groups to participate in the XXV International Alanya Festival, taking place from 18th to 23rd March 2025 in Alanya, Antalya, Turkey.
Conditions for Participation:
Participants must arrive in Alanya on 18th March (hotel check-in time is 14:00) and depart on 23rd March (check-out time is by 11:00 after breakfast).
Early Check-in: 15 Euro per person (includes food and beverage service, excluding room cost).
Late Check-out: 15 Euro per person (includes food and beverage service, excluding room cost).
There is no limit on the number of participants.
Groups must send 5 different pictures and 1 video of their performances to the festival committee.
Participants can use either USB or live music for their performances.
Each performance should be no longer than 10 minutes.
A guide will be provided for each group throughout the festival. The official festival language is English.
Historical and tourist trips will be organized during free times for participants.
Airport Transfer: Groups arriving at Antalya Airport can arrange transfers to the hotel (transfer fees are covered by the group). Transfer from the hotel to the festival venue will be covered by the festival committee.
Each group must bring their country’s flag.
Participants’ health and personal responsibility insurance must be arranged by the group. First aid and medical services will be available at the event, though medical services must be covered by the group.
Participants will be accommodated in a 5-star hotel with ultra-all-inclusive services, including alcohol.
Accommodation Details:
Cost for 5 nights (including 3 meals per day):
Triple Room: 150 Euro per person.
Double Room: 185 Euro per person (additional 35 Euro).
Single Room: 206 Euro per person (additional 56 Euro).
Hotel Services: All meals are included (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) along with drinks during the performances.
Extended Stay: You can extend your stay in Antalya for an additional 38 Euro per day per person, including all services.
Transfer from Antalya Airport: The fee is 35 Euro for a round-trip transfer per person.

10:00 – 12:00: Welcome and hotel check-in.
12:00 – 16:00: Free time (swimming pool, sea).
12:30 – 14:00: Lunch.
17:00 – 18:00: Meeting with directors and choreographers.
18:30 – 20:00: Dinner.
Day 2:
08:00 – 10:00: Breakfast.
12:30 – 14:00: Lunch.
14:30 – 19:00: Hotel activities (swimming pool, sea).
19:00 – 20:00: Dinner.
20:30 – 22:30: Parade Performance (max. 8 minutes per group).
Day 3:
08:00 – 10:00: Breakfast.
10:00 – 12:30: Hotel activities (swimming pool, sea).
12:30 – 13:30: Lunch.
13:30 – 16:00: Yacht Tour.
17:00 – 19:00: Free time.
19:00 – 20:00: Dinner.
20:30 – 22:00: Performance (max. 8 minutes per group).
Day 4:
08:00 – 10:00: Breakfast.
10:00 – 12:00: Free time (swimming pool, sea).
12:00 – 13:00: Lunch.
11:00 – 16:00: Aquapark activity.
19:30 – 20:30: Dinner.
20:30 – 22:30: Party at the hotel.
Day 5:
07:30 – 10:00: Breakfast.
11:00: Departure time.
Participants will have the opportunity to enjoy several exciting excursions during their free time.
Excursions:
Boat Trip: 12 Euro per person.
Aquapark: 25 Euro per person.
Land of Legends Theme Park: Prices available upon request.
