We invite you to join us in the beautiful city of Antalya, Turkey, renowned for its stunning coastline, rich history, and vibrant cultural scene. Antalya provides the perfect backdrop for an unforgettable cultural exchange during the festival from 22-26 October 2025.
Festival Welcomes:
Singing ensembles, majorettes, chorus groups, folk dance groups, and modern dance groups (participants must be 8 years old and above).
General Rules:
Performances lasting 5-15 minutes (live music or CD).
Bring national flags (small and 2 large), souvenirs, books, postcards, brochures, and other items representing your nationality for compulsory sales exhibitions.
Groups must secure medical insurance before arrival. The organization committee will not cover any medical or hospital costs.
Submit an application form and pay a 10% guarantee fee in advance, which will be deducted from the final payment.
Competition Info:
Categories: ETHNO, folk scene, modern, universal, etc.
Awards: Winners of three degrees and diplomas in each nomination. All participants will receive awards and diplomas from the festival founders, organizers, and sponsors.
Participation Fee:
195 Euro per person – 4 nights All Inclusive (Alcohol is PROHIBITED).
Accommodation in 2+1 person rooms.
Single room surcharge: 25 Euro per person per day.
Competition Fees (paid upon arrival):
Soloist: 40 Euro
Duet: 30 Euro per participant
Trio: 20 Euro per participant
Groups: 10 Euro per participant
Additional Costs:
Extra day (3 meals a day): 40 Euro per day.
Transfer from Antalya Airport (calculated separately):
1-5 people: 60 Euro per person
10 people: 45 Euro per person
20 people: 35 Euro per person
50 people: 30 Euro per person
