We invite you to join us in the beautiful coastal town of Erdek, Turkey, known for its golden beaches, crystal-clear waters, and rich cultural heritage. The festival will take place from 29 June to 03 July 2025, offering a vibrant platform for cultural exchange and artistic performances.
Festival Welcomes:
Folk dance ensembles (children, youth, and adult groups).
General Rules:
Performances lasting 5-10 minutes (live music preferred, recorded music also acceptable).
Bring national flags and 3 gifts for cultural exchange.
Prepare at least 2 different performances.
Groups must arrange their own transport.
Accommodation:
3-star hotels in Erdek.
Participation Fee:
195 EUR – 4 nights with half board (open buffet breakfast and dinner).
Additional Costs:
Double room supplement: 10 EUR/person/day.
Single room supplement: 20 EUR/person/day.
International health insurance is the responsibility of participants.
Included by Organizers:
One free participation per 25 dancers.
Attendance certificates for all participants.
Hotel Facilities:
Comfortable accommodations with meal services.
Possible excursions may include:
Sightseeing in Erdek: Beaches, historical sites, and local markets.
Boat trips along the Sea of Marmara.
