We invite you to join us in the vibrant city of Tekirdağ, Turkey, for a celebration of international folk dance and cultural exchange from 25–29 June 2025.
Festival Welcomes:
Folk dance groups (children, youth, and adults).
Live music ensembles are preferred, but recorded music is also acceptable.
General Rules:
Prepare 2 different performances, each lasting 5–10 minutes.
Bring your national flag and 3 gifts for cultural exchange.
No limit on the number of participants per group.
Submit a completed application form, 6 digital photos, a group description, and performance
Hotel Options:
3-star hotel: 195 EUR per person (4 nights, half board).
4-star hotel: 210 EUR per person (4 nights, half board).
5-star hotel: 225 EUR per person (4 nights, half board).
Included by Organizers:
Open buffet breakfast and dinner.
One free spot for every 25 participants.
Attendance certificates for all participants.
Additional Costs:
Double room supplement: 10 EUR/person/day.
Single room supplement: 25 EUR/person/day.
Payment Terms:
Deposit: 1000 EUR (non-refundable) to confirm participation.
Balance: Due 15 days before the festival or upon arrival.
