Folklore groups from various countries and different regions of Georgia (ages not limited) are invited to participate in the festival.
Participants will present two performances (3-5 minutes each) in the following categories:
Folklore dances
Folklore songs (ensembles and individual performances)
Songs and romances
Folklore handcraft arts (exhibitions)
During the final concert, participating artists will present only one show. Music can be performed live or via phonogram. After submitting their application, festival participants must provide their program, including audio and video files of previous shows and materials for publication in the newspaper and festival booklet. All festival participants will receive Festival Laureate Diplomas and various gifts.
Based on a self-funding principle, each foreign participating group must pay the following fees per participant:
250 Euro per person: 5 days in a 2-star hotel (2, 3, or 4-bed rooms), including three meals daily; transportation is free on concert days.
350 Euro per person: 5 days in a 3-star hotel (2, 3, or 4-bed rooms), including three meals daily; transportation is free on concert days.
400 Euro per person: 5 days in a 4-star hotel (2 or 3-bed rooms), including three meals daily; transportation is free on concert days.
500 Euro per person: 5 days in a 5-star hotel (2 or 3-bed rooms), including three meals daily; transportation is free on concert days.
Supplement for double room: 10 Euro per day per person.
Supplement for single room: 15 Euro per day per person.
Every 16th participant of a festival group is exempt from the festival fee. Accommodation will be provided in the city of Tbilisi, and hotels will be specified after each participating group selects their preferred hotel category.
The final agenda of the festival will be finalized one month prior to the event.
Transportation from the airport to the hotel and tours in Georgia are not included in the participation fee and must be paid separately.
Extra nights in hotels: 25, 35, or 45 Euro per person per day (depending on the chosen service category).
Optional tours: Costs are not included.
International transport and insurance: Costs are not included.
Transfer (Airport – Hotel): Costs are not included.
