The festival aims to promote the development of folklore arts, popularize world folklore culture, and facilitate experience exchange among participants. It emphasizes mutual respect, tolerance, and creative collaboration. The goal is also to improve the qualifications of choreographers.
The festival invites folklore groups from different countries and regions of Georgia, with no age restrictions. Participants are required to present two shows (3-5 minutes each) in the following categories: folklore dances, folklore songs (both ensembles and individual performances), songs and romances, and folklore handcraft arts (exhibitions). In the final concert, each group will perform only one show.
Music for performances can be either live or pre-recorded (phonogram). Following application, participants must submit their performance program, including audio/video files of previous shows and materials for publication in the festival’s newspaper and booklet.
At the end of the festival, participants will receive Festival Laureate Diplomas and various presents.

Accommodation for festival participants will be in Tbilisi, Georgia. The fees for a 5-day stay (including 3 meals per day) are as follows:
250 Euro per person – 2-star hotel accommodation (2, 3, 4-bed rooms)
350 Euro per person – 3-star hotel accommodation (2, 3, 4-bed rooms)
400 Euro per person – 4-star hotel accommodation (2, 3-bed rooms)
500 Euro per person – 5-star hotel accommodation (2, 3-bed rooms)
The accommodation fees include three daily meals and free transportation on concert days. Additional fees for accommodation are as follows:
Supplement for double room – 10 Euro per day per person
Supplement for single room – 15 Euro per day per person
Each group’s 16th participant will be exempt from the participation fee.
The festival agenda will be finalized one month prior to the event. The final program will include detailed schedules of performances and activities, ensuring a well-organized experience for all participants.
Participants will be responsible for covering the cost of transportation from the airport to the hotel, as well as any optional tours in Georgia. These excursions will be available but are not included in the festival fee.
