Participation Info

We invite you to the historic city of Wrocław, Poland, for a festive musical celebration. Wrocław, known as the city of 100 bridges, boasts a rich history under Czech, German, and Polish rule, creating a unique cultural tapestry. The festival will be held in sacred venues, including the St. Vincent and St. James Cathedral, providing a magnificent backdrop for your performance from 19-21 December 2025.

Festival Welcomes:

• Academic, folk, professional, mixed, male, female, children’s, and church choirs.

• Vocal-choral ensembles, folk groups, and small groups from 5 persons.

• Chamber instrumental ensembles (string quartets, wind ensembles, mixed groups).

• Groups with experimental forms (e.g., choral singing + percussion, folk + electronics).

General Rules:

• Performance duration: 12 minutes for choirs/vocal groups (2-4 works), 8 minutes for instrumental forms.

• Repertoire must be spiritual, sacred, or classical. Performance a cappella or with live accompaniment only.

• Bring your national flag.

• Send application form and discuss repertoire (if using backing track) via email.

• Groups arrange own transport to Wrocław.

• Completed application form.

• Technical requirements.

• Repertoire list (must be discussed in advance if using a backing track).

General:

• Leaders and parents are responsible for the safety and conduct of their groups.

• Groups are liable for any damages caused to property.
