Exciting news! WOFA (World Festival Association) is unveiling its 2025 festivals program on 1st November 2024.

Eligibility:
– Open to folklore groups, dance ensembles, and cultural performance troupes of all categories.
– No age limit.
Performance Requirements:
– Groups must perform 5–15 minutes of choreography.
– Music must be submitted in MP3 format before the event.
– Final confirmation of program details required 48 hours before approval.
Concert Program:
– Main performance: 15–20 minutes, including a piece representing the group’s national culture.
– Additional showcase: 10-minute performance for selected groups.
– Gala concert: One piece representing each group.
Application Requirements:
– Completed application form.
– Brief biography of the group and conductor.
– Advertising photo of the group and conductor.
– Performance links or recordings.
Participation Fees:
– Full Package: €180 per person (includes accommodation, meals, and festival access).
– For groups without a package: €25 per person.
– Companion tickets: €20 per person.
– Mandatory residence tax: €20 per person.
– Insurance (not included in package).
Additional Notice:
– Groups must submit MP3 music files before the festival.
– Once the choreography program is confirmed, all fees must be paid in full.
– A 10% guarantee fee is required upon approval (deducted from the final payment).
– Groups arranging independent accommodation must pay a 4x higher participation fee.

Included in the Full Package (€180 per person):
– 3 nights in a 3 or 4-star hotel in Anzio.

Day 3 – Saturday, 05 April 2025 (Anzio – Performance Day)

Day 4 – Sunday, 06 April 2025 (Departure)
