We invite you to join us in the beautiful island of Malta, a crossroads of cultural diversity in the heart of the Mediterranean. Malta is rich in history, charm, and hospitality, with a warm climate and unique cities and villages to explore.
Festival Welcomes:
Folk ensembles, flag-waving groups, bagpipe bands, and other traditional performance groups (children, youth, and adult groups).
General Rules:
Performances include outdoor parades and standing performances.
For parades, groups perform with their own instruments.
For standstill performances, audio systems (compatible with CD and USB) and 5 microphones will be provided.
Groups must arrange their own airfare/transportation to Malta.
Transfers for performances are included in the package.

Accommodation in 3-star standard hotels located in Bugibba/Qawra/St. Paul’s Bay/St. Julian’s – the most touristic areas of Malta.
Participation Fee:
245 EUR – 3 nights with bed and breakfast.
20 EUR – Half board supplement per day (lunch or dinner, water included).
20 EUR – Single room supplement per person per night.
5 EUR – Supplement per person per night for non-performers (friends, family, etc.).
Free – Children up to 3 years.
1 free package for every 25 paying guests.
Additional Costs:
46 EUR – Extra nights per person (bed and breakfast).
Included by Organizers:
Transfers from the Airport/Harbour to the Hotel (arrival and departure).
Transfers from the Hotel for all performances.
Assistance by festival personnel.
Festival registration.
Tourist tax.
Deposit: 30% of the total amount required upon confirmation (non-refundable).
Full Payment: Must be settled one month before the festival dates.
Cancellation Policy:
Refunds only if cancellation is made up to 10 days before the festival.
No refunds for cancellations within 10 days of the festival.
Day 1 (Friday 24th October):
Arrival in Malta. Transfers to the hotel.
Evening performance in a Maltese town alongside Maltese folk groups.
Day 2 (Saturday 25th October):
Morning: Optional cultural excursion.
Evening: Performance in another Maltese town alongside Maltese folk groups.
Day 3 (Sunday 26th October):
Morning: Parade along the main streets of Valletta (Malta’s capital city).
Presentations by Maltese Authorities and Festival Organisation.
Day 4 (Monday 27th October):
Departure of all international folk groups.
Optional Excursions (extra paid):
Three Cities.
Mdina – the old capital of Malta.
Marsaxlokk – The fishing village.
Other wonderful locations.
During free time, participating groups will have the opportunity to explore Malta’s unique cities and villages, rich in history and charm. Optional cultural excursions can be arranged, including trips to notable sites like The Three Cities, Mdina, or Marsaxlokk.
