We are delighted to invite folk ensembles, choral groups, orchestras, brass bands, majorette teams, vocal groups, art schools, and children, youth, and adult groups to participate in the XI International Music & Dance Festival “DUBAI CULTURE FEST” from February 6–12, 2025, in Dubai, UAE.
General Rules:
– Participation is open to traditional and modern dance groups, choral groups, brass bands, orchestras, and other performers.
– Each country may be represented by only three groups, with a maximum of 50 members per group, including dancers, musicians, and accompanying members.
– Groups should prepare a 15-minute performance (live or on USB) and are encouraged to bring their country flag.
– A brief CV (5–6 sentences in English), 3 group photos, and a video performance link must be submitted in advance.
– Performances will occur during the evening, allowing free time for sightseeing and excursions during the day.
Notes:
– Groups arriving a day before or leaving a day after must inform the organizers for necessary arrangements.
– Each group must arrange its transportation for arrival and departure.
Participants will stay in luxury 4-star hotels with breakfast (open buffet):
– MD Hotel Al Barsha by Gewan (MD Hotel Al Barsha by Gewan, conveniently located near Emirates Mall and Ski Dubai. The hotel includes outdoor swimming pools, a spa, and a gym.

– 4 nights / 5 days (179 EUR per person)
– 5 nights / 6 days (229 EUR per person)
– Optional dinners at the hotel: 20 EUR per person per night (open buffet).
Additional Details:
– Double rooms: Additional 15 EUR per person per night.
– Free stay for 1 member in every group of 35 participants (35+1).
– Special rates for extended stays: 49 EUR per person per night (with breakfast).
Notes:
– Tourist tax: 2.5 EUR per person per day.
– Personal health insurance is the group’s responsibility. Medical services are available but not covered by the organizers.
– Photos and videos of performances will be shared after the event.
Day 1: Arrival
– 13:00: Hotel check-in and free time (beach time).
– 21:00: Meeting with the festival representative.
Day 2: Dubai Sightseeing (Optional)
– 09:00–10:00: Breakfast.
– 10:00–18:00: Optional sightseeing or excursions.
– 21:00: Free evening in Dubai.
Day 3: Excursions
– 09:00–10:00: Breakfast.
– 10:30–16:00: Optional excursions (Miracle & Butterfly Garden, Dubai Mall with fountains, or beach time).
– 14:30–22:00: Desert Safari with dinner and show program.
Day 4: Festival Evening
– 09:00–10:00: Breakfast.
– 18:00–21:00: Festival performances (15 minutes per group, certificates, and gifts).
Day 5: Cultural Exploration
– 09:00–11:00: Breakfast.
– 10:30–18:00: Visit traditional markets, Dubai Eye, Madame Tussauds, or Dubai Frame.
– 18:00–21:00: Farewell party.
Day 6: Departure
– 09:00–11:00: Breakfast and departure of participants.
Optional Extended Stay:
– Additional excursions to Abu Dhabi or Sharjah, JBR Beach time, or Dubai Music Fountains.
Transfers and excursions are organized with our partners:
1. Transfer Dubai airport – Hotel Dubai – Dubai airport (round trip)
2. Transfer Abu Dhabi Airport – Hotel in Dubai (round trip)
3. Dubai city tour half-day incl. Medinat Jumeirah market and little Venice with old Dubai (guide + transfer + ticket)
4. Burj Khalifa level 124/125 (tickets and transfers)
5. Desert Safari with BBQ dinner and drinks (from 14:30 they are coming to the hotel, taking you with jeeps into the desert, then to a village camp where there will be dinner and a show, returning around 22:30 in the evening)
6. Abu Dhabi Tour (full day with lunch) (from 11:00 in the morning to 18:00, visiting the famous mosque in Abu Dhabi, sightseeing with a guide, and having lunch – open buffet)
7. Dinner cruise with a boat to Dubai Marina (starts at 20:00 from Dubai Marina boat and goes to Dubai Marina cruising with a wonderful view of Dubai. Dinner with soft drinks is included, and the boat arrives around 22:00)
8. Visiting Miracle Garden & Dubai Frame (tickets and transfers)
9. Visiting Butterfly Garden and Global Village (tickets and transfers)

From November 15 to 21, Dubai, UAE, witnessed a vibrant cultural exchange and traditional performances from Mexico, Colombia, Bulgaria, and Poland.
