INVITATION
With pleasure we INVITE (folk ensembles,choral groups,orchestras,brass bands, majorette teams,vocal groups,art schools..) (children, youth and adult groups) to participate on XI International Music & Dance festival “DUBAI SPRING FESTIVAL” from 18 – 24 March , DUBAI,UAE 2026
NOTE: If you have flight ticket to arrive day before or day after it is not problem just we need to be informed and to gie you permit for that.
The festival is part of international event in Dubai.
DUBAI – amaizing city..Dubai is a city and emirate in the United Arab Emirates known for luxury shopping, ultramodern architecture and a lively nightlife scene. Burj Khalifa, an 830m-tall tower, dominates the skyscraper-filled skyline. At its foot lies Dubai Fountain, with jets and lights choreographed to music.

Hotel accommodation in wonderful 4* hotels with breakfast (open buffet) in luxury hotel MD hotel Al Barsha MORE INFO or Grand Excelsior Al BArsha hotel in Dubai in triple rooms ..double rooms are 15 euro per person per night additional .. Hotel is with outdoor swimming pool ,spa and gym, ..it is near EMIRATES MALL and SKY Dubai
You can arrange dinner and it is 20 euro per person (open buffet ) in hotel.

Additional Costs:
Tourist tax: 2.5 EUR per person per day.
Visa for Dubai (depending on country; EU citizens do not require a visa).
Insurance: Groups must ensure personal responsibility and health insurance; medical services will be available but are at the group’s expense.
For additional accommodation, you can extend your stay in Dubai for 49 EUR per night (breakfast included), with options for triple rooms or apartments for 4 people.

We offer a range of excursions in Dubai to enhance your festival experience. Below are the excursions available, with additional costs:
Excursion options:
1. Transfer Dubai airport – Hotel Dubai – Dubai airport (round trip)
2. Transfer Abu Dhabi Airport – Hotel in Dubai – Abu Dhabi Airport (round trip)
3. Dubai City Tour – Half day including Medinat Jumeirah market and little Venice with old Dubai (guide + transfer + ticket)
4. Burch Kalifa Level 124/125 (tickets and transfers)
5. Desert Safari with BBQ Dinner (from 14.30, with jeep ride in the desert, village camp, dinner, and show, returning at 22.30)
6. Abu Dhabi Tour – Full day with lunch (from 11:00 to 18:00, visiting the famous mosque and sightseeing in Abu Dhabi with guide and buffet lunch)
