We invite you to join us in the vibrant coastal city of Batumi, Georgia, known for its stunning Black Sea coastline, modern architecture, and rich cultural heritage. The festival will take place from 02–06 July 2025, offering a dynamic platform for cultural exchange and folk dance performances.
Festival Welcomes:
Folk dance ensembles (children, youth, and adult groups).
General Rules:
Performances lasting 5–10 minutes (live music preferred, recorded music also acceptable).
Bring national flags.
Prepare at least 2 different performances.
Age limit for dancers: 8–60 years (accompanying people excluded).
Groups must arrange their own transport.
Accommodation fee:
3-star hotels in Batumi.
Arrival & Departure:
Arrival: 02 July 2025 – 12:00
Departure: 06 July 2025 – 12:00 (after breakfast).
Fee Includes:
4 nights accommodation with full board (3 meals per day).
One free participation per 25 dancers.
Attendance certificate for each participant.
Payment Terms:
Advance payment: Required (amount to be agreed).
Remaining balance due 15 days before the festival or upon arrival at the hotel.
Last application & deposit deadline: 15 May 2024.
Possible excursions may include:
Sightseeing in Batumi: Batumi Boulevard, Alphabet Tower, Botanical Garden.
Boat trips along the Black Sea coast.
