We invite you to join us in the most famous tourist center in Costa Brava, Lloret de Mar, Spain, located 65 kilometers from Barcelona. This vibrant coastal town offers beautiful beaches, lively nightlife, and rich cultural experiences, making it the perfect setting for the festival from 24-29 June 2025.
Festival Welcomes:
Folk ensembles, cultural-art societies, and dance groups (children, youth, and adult groups).
General Rules:
Each ensemble must prepare two performances, each lasting 10 minutes (music CDs or live orchestra).
Ensembles must provide their own music.

Groups arrange their own transport. Optional excursions available at extra cost.
Accommodation at selected 3-star or 4-star hotels in Lloret de Mar, including:
Gran Garbi, Garbi Mar, Montevista, Sun Village, Xaine Park, Villa Garbi, Clipper, Caribe, Fenals Mar, Golden Sand, Casino Hotel, Samba, Hotel Flamingo, Hotel Casablanca**, Hotel Mariner, Hotel Hawai, Copacabana***, and more.
Participation Fee:
245 EUR – 5 nights with full board (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) at 3-star hotels.
275 EUR – 5 nights with full board at 4-star hotels.
Additional Costs:
Double room surcharge: 8 EUR/person/night.
Tourist tax: 0.50 EUR/person/day (3-star hotels) or 1 EUR/person/day (4-star hotels).
Optional excursions (prices vary based on group size and availability).

One free participation per 25 members.
Degrees and silver plaques after performances.
Invitation letter.
Full promotion and performances on the festival stage (1-3 performances).
Defile of all societies on the town square.
Day 1 (24th June):
Morning: Arrival and hotel accommodation.
Lunch.
Afternoon: Info-meeting with group representatives, sightseeing of Lloret de Mar, and relaxation.
Dinner.
Evening: Optional visit to a discotheque. Overnight stay.
Day 2 (25th June):
Breakfast.
Optional excursion to Barcelona: Sightseeing of Gaudi’s works (Sagrada Familia, Guell Park, Batilo and Milo houses), Rambla street, Gothic Square, Barcelona Cathedral, Parliament, Picasso’s Museum.
Lunch packet for those on the excursion.
Dinner.
Evening: Defile through the city and opening performance of “XIV Festival Espana 2025” on the town square.
Optional visit to a discotheque or Flamenco club. Overnight stay.
Day 3 (26th June):
Breakfast.
Leisure activities or optional excursion to Port Aventura theme park (Spanish “Disneyland”).
Lunch.
Dinner.
Evening: Optional visit to a discotheque. Overnight stay.
Day 4 (27th June):
Breakfast.
Optional second tour of Barcelona: Visit to FC Barcelona’s Nou Camp stadium, Montjuic Hill (Olympic complex, Calatrava Tower, National Library), and Barcelona Aquarium.
Lunch packet for those on the excursion.
Dinner.
Evening: Second night of festival performances.
Optional visit to a discotheque or Flamenco show. Overnight stay.
Day 5 (28th June):
Breakfast.
Optional visit to Aqua Park or beach activities (swimming, water sports).
Lunch.
Afternoon: Preparation for defile and performances.
Dinner.
Evening: Optional visit to a discotheque or Flamenco club. Overnight stay.
Day 6 (29th June):
Breakfast.
Departure from Lloret de Mar with optional stops in France (Cannes, Nice) for sightseeing.

All excursions must be booked at least 14 days before the festival. The organizing committee cannot guarantee the realization of excursions ordered after the deadline or during the festival.
