Participation Information:

We are pleased to invite folk ensembles, modern dance groups, choral groups, orchestras, brass bands, and majorette teams (children, youth, and adult groups) to participate in the XI International Music & Folk-Dance Festival in Belgrade, Serbia, from March 23 to 26, 2025.

Participants: There are no limits on the number or age of participants in the group. This includes singers, musicians, dancers, leaders, accompanying persons, parents of child participants, and bus drivers.
Program: Groups are free to choose the program they will present. The maximum duration of the program is 15 minutes, in accordance with the festival’s schedule. Each ensemble is responsible for handling any mutual copyright arrangements with the authors of their presented works. Additionally, ensembles are required to participate in some humanitarian events during the festival, with a program lasting no longer than 30 minutes.
Media Coverage: Some parts of the festival program will be broadcast on radio and TV stations without reimbursement to the participants.
Transportation: All groups are responsible for organizing and covering the cost of their travel to and from the festival. For groups traveling by airplane, bus transfers can be arranged at the group’s expense.
Application Deadline: To participate, groups must submit the completed application form, three photos of the group, and a list of participants no later than February 25, 2025. Approved groups must pay a 10% guarantee fee in advance, which will be deducted from the final payment. In addition, a participation fee of 30 Euro per person must be paid to the organizing committee by February 25, 2025.
