We are delighted to invite Folk Ensembles, Choral Groups, Brass Bands, Orchestras, Modern Dance Groups, and Majorette Teams of all ages (children, youth, and adults) to participate in the XXII International Music & Folk-Dance Festival “ISTRA FEST” in Pula – Rovinj, Croatia from June 25-29.
The festival aims to showcase cultural traditions from around the world, fostering friendship and cultural exchange through music and dance. Pula, a historical city on Croatia’s Istrian Peninsula, is renowned for its ancient Roman architecture, including the famous Pula Arena and the Arch of the Sergii. Rovinj, a charming fishing port with cobbled streets and the stunning St. Euphemia Church, is another highlight of this cultural experience.
Participation fee:
Double rooms additional 11 euro per person per day
Single room additional 30 euros per person per day

INSURANCE:
Personal responsibility and health insurance are within the other obligations of the groups. First Aid and Medical Hospital will be available, medical services must be covered by the group.
On your request, You can continue your stay in istra Price will be 46 Euro per day per person HB – price is special for the participants in festivals that we can provide.
Tourist tax and insurance is 1.6 euro per person per day and it is additional.
Fishpicnic Cres Island
Departure: Rabac port (45 min drive from Duga Uvala).
Duration: Whole day (10 AM–5 PM).
Highlights:
Large boat (max 160 pax), 2 decks, bar, toilet.
Grilled fish lunch (meat/veggie option available), salad, bread, 0.5L wine/beer/juice.
Beach time at Dragozetići (Cres), music/animation on return, Cres town sightseeing.
Note: Bus transfer to Rabac not included.
Panorama by Boat
Departure: Rabac port (45 min drive).
Duration: 2 hours.
Highlights: Scenic ride along Istrian Riviera & Kvarner Bay, views of Cres/Lošinj islands, hidden bays.

Location: Medieval town of Labin (30 min drive).
Highlights: Guided tour of old town, history/architecture stories, olive oil/wine/grappa tasting.

Location: Pula (30 min drive).
Highlights: Guided tour, Arena amphitheater, Roman/Austro-Hungarian monuments, street festivals (subject to availability).

Rakalj Village
Location: Small Istrian village (15 min drive).
Highlights: Spectacular hill viewpoint, local heritage/culture presentation, optional traditional food tasting (extra cost).

Locations: Rovinj, Poreč, Motovun, Svetvinčenat, etc.
Highlights: Tailored guided tour of coastal/inland villages, museums, churches.

Departure: Fažana (45 min drive + boat transfer included).
Highlights: Stunning nature, archaeological sites, open-air zoo.
