We invite you to join us in the beautiful coastal city of Antalya, Türkiye, for a vibrant celebration of culture and performance. Antalya, known as one of the most beautiful cities in the world, is located on the stunning Mediterranean coast and enjoys wonderful weather with brilliant blue skies, making it the perfect festival destination.
Festival Welcomes:
Folk music groups, brass bands, choruses, modern dance groups, and theatre groups (all ages).
General Rules:
Performance duration: 5–10 minutes (CD or live music accepted).
Performances take place in open-air areas after dinner.
Each group will perform 2–3 times during the festival.
Groups must bring their national flag and banners for ceremonies and parades.
Groups arrange their own transport to Türkiye. Local transportation available at additional cost.

Accommodation in a 4-star hotel in Antalya with all-inclusive services.
Participation Fee:
35 EUR per person per day (minimum 4 nights / 5 days stay required).
Included by Organizers:
Accommodation in double rooms.
Open buffet meals: breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Free cold drinks all day.
Free Wi-Fi.
Certificate for all participants; plates and souvenirs for each group.
One free leader for every 16 participants; two free for every 35 participants.
Hotel Facilities:
Three swimming pools (including a water ski pool).
Sea access.
All-day dining and beverage service.
Additional Costs:
Transportation:
Groups under 14 participants: 15 EUR/person/day.
Groups of 15+ participants: 12 EUR/person/day.
Includes airport transfers, excursion transfers, and performance transfers.
Optional Boat Tour: 15 EUR/person.
Deposit: 600 EUR per group (non-refundable).
Important Notes:
All groups must have medical insurance before arrival.
An English-speaking guide will be provided to each group.
Groups may sell traditional handmade products, flags, T-shirts, and souvenirs at provided stands.
Deposit of 600 EUR must be paid by July 2025 to secure hotel reservation.
Final payments are to be made in cash upon arrival.
Note: The following is a sample program structure; specific daily timing may vary.
Day 1:
Arrival and hotel check-in.
Welcome meeting and orientation.
Day 2-3:
Morning/Afternoon: Dance education program (Turkish folk dances, salsa, sirtaki, rhythm, percussion).
Evening: Group performances at open-air stage (after dinner).
Night: Cultural exchange parties and dance teaching between groups.
Day 4:
Morning/Afternoon: Free time or optional excursions.
Evening: Parade on main street (approx. 300 meters) and final performances.
Night: Farewell party.
Day 5:
Breakfast and check-out.
Departure or optional extended stay.
