Step-by-step guide to participating in a WOFA Festival

WOFA festivals welcome performing groups from around the world to share their art and traditions on an international stage. To ensure a smooth process, please follow the application steps outlined below.

 

Step 1 — Select Your Festival 🔎

Visit our homepage www.wofafestivals.com.
You can filter festivals by country, month, date, or price to find the event that best fits your group’s plans.

 

Step 2 — Submit Your Application 📝

Complete the online application form by providing details about your group, the number of participants, performance type, and contact information.

 

Step 3 — Receive Initial Confirmation 📩

Once submitted, you will immediately receive an email confirmation acknowledging that your application has been received.

 

Step 4 — Allocation of Application Number 🔢

Within two business days, WOFA will assign your group a unique Application Number and provide a list of required supporting materials (such as photos, videos, and performance program details).

 

Step 5 — Application Review 🧐

The WOFA team will carefully evaluate your application and verify availability for the selected festival.

 

Step 6 — Acceptance & Invitation ✅

If accepted, you will be issued:

  • An Official Invitation Letter for your group

  • Deposit payment instructions (the deposit must be received within 10 days to secure your participation)

 

Step 7 — Confirmation of Participation 💳

Once your deposit has been processed and proof of payment has been provided, your participation is officially confirmed.

 

Step 8 — Final Arrangements 🎶

A dedicated WOFA coordinator will guide you through the final preparations, including:

  • Submission of the final participant list

  • Arrival and departure details

  • Stage and performance requirements

After these steps are completed, your group is fully registered to take part in a WOFA International Festival — a celebration of culture, performance, and international friendship.
