We invite you to join us in the beautiful coastal town of Erdek, Turkey.
Erdek is renowned for its pristine beaches, crystal-clear waters of the Sea of Marmara, and its vibrant local culture. Located on the Kapıdağ Peninsula, it offers a perfect blend of natural beauty and traditional charm, creating an ideal atmosphere for cultural celebration and competition during the festival from 26–30 June 2026.
Festival Welcomes:
Folk dance groups (all ages welcome).
General Rules:
Performances lasting 5–10 minutes (live music preferred, recorded music acceptable).
All groups must prepare a minimum of 2 different performances.
Bring your national flag.
For the official gift exchange, each country must bring 3 gifts.
No limit on the number of participants per group.
Submit the application form with:
Minimum 6 digital photos of the group.
A short group description.
Performance videos or links with descriptions.
Groups arrange their own transport to/from Erdek.
Payment: As confirmation, a non-refundable deposit of 1000 € must be paid in advance. The remaining balance is due 15 days before the festival or upon arrival at the hotel. Last application and deposit deadline: 15.04.2026.
Accommodation in 3-star hotels (specific hotel names and locations are not provided in the conditions).
Festival Fee:
210 EUR per person for 4 nights with half board (open buffet breakfast and dinner).
One free participant for every 25 paying participants.
Additional Room Costs:
Double room supplement: 10 EUR per person per day.
Single room supplement: 20 EUR per person per day.
Included by Organizers:
Organizational expenses.
Accommodation in 3-star hotels.
Meals: Open buffet breakfast and dinner daily.
One attendance certificate per person.
Payment Terms:
