We invite you to join us in the historic and vibrant coastal town of Budva, Montenegro.
Budva is one of the oldest towns on the Adriatic coast, with a history spanning more than 2,500 years. Its Old Town, enclosed by 15th-century Venetian walls, sits alongside picturesque sandy beaches and a lively nightlife, earning it the nickname the “Montenegrin Miami.” The Budva Riviera is the heart of Montenegrin tourism.
This unique blend of ancient history and modern energy creates the perfect backdrop for an unforgettable cultural exchange during the International Festival “Adriatic Pearl” from 30 May – 04 June 2026.
Festival Welcomes:
Folk ensembles, choral groups, brass bands, orchestras, modern dance groups, majorette teams (children, youth, and adult groups).
General Rules:
Performance duration to be additionally agreed.
Bring national flag.
Send music via email 30 days before festival start.
Groups arrange own transport to Budva. Airport transfers can be organized at extra cost.
Each member must have travel insurance.
Final list of participants must be provided 30 days before the Festival.
Accommodation: 4* Hotel Slovenska Plaza on Half Board basis.
Participation Fee:
249 EUR – 5 nights per person with half board.
Additional Costs:
Double room surcharge: 3 EUR/person/night.
Single room: 55 EUR/person/night.
City Tax & Insurance: Adults: 1.50 EUR/person/day | Children 12-18: 1.00 EUR/person/day | Children 0-12 (insurance only): 0.50 EUR/person/day.
Extra night: 45 EUR per person.
Bus Parking: Special group discount: 200 EUR for 5 days (regular fee 60 EUR/day)*.
Included by Organizers:
One free participant for every 30 paying participants (31st is free).
Two complimentary double rooms per group for leaders/drivers.
Certificates (diplomas).
Organizational support, parade, and scheduled concert events.
Hotel & Payment Rules:
Groups must send rooming list one month before arrival. List will be made by festival if not provided and cannot be changed upon arrival.
Payment Schedule: 30% with application; 40% 90 days before festival; 30% 10 days before festival start.
Payments via bank transfer or cash on arrival day. Advance payments are non-refundable after participant list deadline.

15:00 – Rooms ready. Free time/beach.
20:00 – FFA meeting for group leaders
Day 2 (31 May):

20:00 – Parade & Concert (performance time confirmed by organizer)
Day 3 (01 June):
10:00 – Free Time / Optional Excursion Day (e.g., Budva guided tour, Kotor Bay boat tour)
Day 4 (02 June):

20:00 – Concert & Certificate Awarding
Day 5 (03 June):
10:00 – Free Time / Optional Excursion Day (e.g., Budva guided tour, Kotor Bay boat tour)
Day 6 (04 June):
07:30 – Breakfast

Excursions are optional and not included in the price.
Organizer reserves the right to change the program, with timely notification.
All video and picture copyrights belong to the Festival Organization.

Kotor Bay Boat Tour: Scenic ride through the stunning Bay of Kotor.
