We invite you to join us in the beautiful coastal towns of Bar and Sutomore, Montenegro, from 06-14 August 2026.
The festival is held in two sessions:
Session 1: 06 – 10 August 2026
Session 2: 10 – 14 August 2026
Bar, Montenegro’s largest port on the Adriatic, is a modern town rich in history and nature, featuring attractions like the Old Town of Bar, the Haj Nehaj Fortress, and the 2000-year-old Old Olive Tree. Together with the nearby beach resort of Sutomore, it provides a stunning setting for cultural exchange.
Festival Welcomes:
Folk dance groups, modern dance groups, choirs, majorette teams, brass bands, and orchestras.
General Rules:
Prepare a program of 10-12 minutes duration.
Perform with live orchestra (recommended) or recorded music (CD/USB).
Bring the national flag of your country.
Display a visible panel with your group’s name and country.
Number of participants and age limits are not restricted.
Send group photos, videos, or history via email for promotion.
Fill in an application form to participate.
Groups arrange own transport.

Accommodation in hotels and apartments in Bar/Sutomore.
Participation Fee:
Basic Category (Villas/Apartments):
149 EUR per person for 4 nights with half board (breakfast and dinner).
183 EUR per person for 5 nights with half board.
Hotel Category:
169 EUR per person for 4 nights with half board.
210 EUR per person for 5 nights with half board.
Additional Costs:
Additional double room: 8 EUR/person/day.
Single room supplement: 50% extra.
Tourist tax and insurance: 1.50 EUR/person/day (paid on arrival).
Any bank transfer fees are paid by the applicant.
Included by Organizers:
One free stay for every 25 paying participants.
Hotel Facilities:
Groups accommodated in 3- and 4-bed rooms with private bathrooms.
Maximum 2 double rooms available per group for leaders/drivers.
Check-in after 12:00; check-out before 10:00.

Excursion to Budva, Tivat, Kotor (using group’s own transport).

Second Festival Night & Closing Ceremony.
Dinner at the hotel.
Day 5:
Breakfast at the hotel.
Check-out and departure.
The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the program.
Excursion Info
Optional Excursions (extra paid):
Boat Cruise: Sails from Bar to Budva, passing St. Stefan, Petrovac, Island St. Nikola, Queen’s Beach. Includes swimming and entertainment. Cost: 25 EUR per person.
Budva, Tivat, Kotor Tour: Full-day excursion (transport via group’s own bus).
Professional tour guide can be hired on request at the group’s expense.
