We invite you to join us in the historic and artistic city of Krakow, Poland.
Krakow, a UNESCO World Heritage site, is celebrated for its beautifully preserved medieval core, royal Wawel Castle, vibrant cultural districts, and rich artistic heritage. The city provides a stunning and inspiring backdrop for an international celebration of folk and arts during the festival from 16–19 October 2026.
Festival Welcomes:
Folklore ensembles, orchestras, majorette teams, modern dance groups, choirs, and music bands from all over the world (children, youth, and adult groups).
General Rules:
No age limits and no restrictions on group size.
Choirs and musical ensembles should be prepared for open-air stage performances.
Early registration is recommended as participation is limited.
Groups arrange their own transport to Krakow.
Youth Hostels:
179 EUR per person – Babilon Hostel (2+2 studio rooms with shared bathroom).
185 EUR per person – Easy One Go Cracow Hostel (triple or quadruple rooms).
Hotels:
185 EUR per person – Zaczek Hotel (1★, twin/triple rooms). Single supplement: 12 EUR/person/day.
189 EUR per person – Hotel Alf (2★, 2+2 or 2+3 studio rooms). Single supplement: 15 EUR/person/day.
195 EUR per person – Hotel Zakliki (3★, twin/triple rooms). Single supplement: 10 EUR/person/day.
The Fee Includes:
Accommodation (according to chosen category).
Half-board (breakfast and dinner).
City tax.
Participation in festival concert(s).
Diplomas and gifts.
All organizational and administrative costs.
Not Included:
Transport to/from Krakow.
Optional excursions.

Day 1 (16 October):
Afternoon – Arrival in Krakow and hotel check-in.
Evening – Meeting with festival organizers and group leaders.
Dinner.
Free evening to explore the Vistula River promenade and night views.
Day 2 (17 October):
Morning – Breakfast.
Day – City sightseeing (Wawel Castle & Cathedral, Main Market Square, Cloth Hall, St. Mary’s Basilica, Kazimierz District).
Evening – Dinner.
Night – Performance at Maly Rynek.
Day 3 (18 October):
Morning – Breakfast.
Day – Optional Vistula River boat trip.
Evening – Dinner.
Night – Gala Concert at Maly Rynek with all ensembles, followed by diploma and gift ceremony.
Day 4 (19 October):
Morning – Breakfast.
By 12:00 – Departure.
