We invite you to join us in the vibrant metropolis of Istanbul, Turkey. A city that straddles two continents, Istanbul is renowned for its breathtaking architecture, rich history, and dynamic cultural fusion, offering a perfect setting for an unforgettable cultural exchange during the festival from 16-20 May 2026.
Festival Welcomes:
Dance groups (children and youth).
General Rules:
Dancers must be between 8-16 years old.
Performances lasting 5-10 minutes (live music preferred, recorded music also acceptable).
Each group must prepare a minimum of 2 different performances.
Bring your national flag.
Number of participants per group is not limited.
Gifts: An attendance certificate for each person.
Pocket money will not be paid by the Festival Committee.
Groups arrange their own transport to Istanbul.
It is your responsibility to have valid international health insurance.
Accommodation at the 4-5 star hotel: La Quinta by Wyndham Istanbul Güneşli.

Participation Fee:
210 EUR per person for 4 nights with half board (open buffet breakfast and dinner).
One free participant for every 25 paying participants.
Additional Room Costs:
Double room supplement: 10 EUR per person per day.
Single room supplement: 20 EUR per person per day.
Included by Organizers:
Organizational expenses.
Accommodation at the specified 4-5 star hotel.
Meals: Open buffet breakfast and dinner daily.
One attendance certificate per person.
Payment Terms:
As confirmation, a non-refundable deposit of 1000 EUR per group is required upon application.
The remaining balance is to be paid 15 days before the festival or upon arrival at the hotel, as agreed.
