We invite you to join us in the magnificent metropolis of Istanbul, Türkiye. A city bridging Europe and Asia, Istanbul is renowned for its breathtaking architecture, rich history spanning empires, and dynamic cultural fusion. It provides the perfect backdrop for an unforgettable cultural exchange during the Istanbul Festivities and Events from 27-31 August 2026.
Festival Welcomes:
Performing groups (type of group—e.g., dance, music—is implied but not explicitly stated).
General Rules:
Performances should be 5-10 minutes in total, with groups preparing a minimum of 2 different performances (each 6-8 minutes).
Live music is preferred, but recorded music is also acceptable.
Bring your national flag.
Number of participants per group is not limited.
Gifts: An attendance certificate and other gifts for each person.
Pocket money will not be paid by the Festival Committee.
Groups arrange their own transport to Istanbul.
It is your responsibility to have valid international health insurance.
Accommodation at the 4-5 star hotel: La Quinta by Wyndham Istanbul Güneşli.

Festival Fee:
220 EUR per person for 4 nights / 5 days with half board (open buffet breakfast and dinner).
One free participant for every 25 paying participants.
Additional Room Costs:
Double room supplement: 10 EUR per person per day.
Single room supplement: 20 EUR per person per day.
Included by Organizers:
Organizational expenses.
Accommodation at the specified 4-5 star hotel.
Meals: Open buffet breakfast and dinner daily.
One attendance certificate and other gifts per person.
Payment Terms:
As confirmation, a non-refundable deposit of 1000 EUR per group is required upon application.
The remaining balance is to be paid 15 days before the festival or upon arrival at the hotel, as agreed.
