We invite you to join us in the vibrant capital city of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Kuala Lumpur is a city where different cultural traditions coexist, with Malay, Chinese, Indian, and indigenous communities contributing to its social and cultural life.

The festival from 23-27 November 2026 creates the perfect backdrop for an unforgettable cultural exchange, including visits to several well-known places such as the Petronas Twin Towers, Merdeka Square, the National Mosque of Malaysia, Batu Caves, and Central Market Kuala Lumpur.

Festival Welcomes:
Groups from different countries to present traditional dance, music, and folklore.

General Rules:

  • Two folklore concerts on official stages.

  • Performances by international groups.

  • Meetings and exchanges with Malaysian ensembles.

  • Introduction to local music, dance, and customs.

  • Visits to cultural and historical locations.

  • Free time for interaction among participants.

  • Groups arrange own international flights. Transfers available between airport and hotel.

Accommodation Info

Accommodation in centrally located hotels in Kuala Lumpur.

Participation Fee (Option 1 – 5 Days / 4 Nights):

  • 205 EUR per person – Hotel ***

  • 265 EUR per person – Hotel ****

Participation Fee (Option 2 – 8 Days / 7 Nights):

  • 295 EUR per person – Hotel ***

  • 405 EUR per person – Hotel ****

Additional Costs:

  • Meals outside hotel (local restaurants/food courts: 5-8 EUR; typical dishes: 4-7 EUR; international restaurants: 8-15 EUR; drinks: 1-2 EUR).

Included by Organizers:

  • One free place per 25 participants.

  • For groups over 40 participants, three additional free places (41st–43rd).

  • Participation in festival events and activities.

  • One guided visit in Kuala Lumpur.

  • Transfers between airport and hotel.

  • Transportation for scheduled activities.

  • Tourist tax.

Hotel Facilities:

  • Located in central areas of Kuala Lumpur.

  • Shared triple or quadruple rooms with breakfast.
