We invite you to join us in the beautiful city of Venice and Lido di Jesolo, Italy.
Venice – one of the most beautiful cities in the world. Rich with history, charm and tradition, a city which attracts many tourists thanks to the appreciated art, cinema, history and culture that it is able to offer.
Lido di Jesolo is in the Veneto region of Italy. This town which is situated very close to Venice is a very popular destination on the Adriatic Sea. There are many hotels, shops, different kinds of sports, attractions near the beach and nightlife opportunities which attract thousands of tourists every summer. A tourist paradise proper, Jesolo has lived and will always live up to its visitors’ expectations. A further feature enhancing the tourist rating of Jesolo is its proximity to Venice, which is a benefit both as to accessibility and as to the opportunity given to visitors to tick off the two major tourist hotspots in an extremely timely and convenient manner.

Festival Motive:
To present the cultural tradition of different countries and to provide an opportunity for the members of groups to get together, to establish friendships and culture presentation through dance and music.
General Rules:
The festival is a non-competitive sample of traditional and modern dances, choral groups, brass bands, orchestras and majorette teams.
Every folklore ensemble, choral group, modern dance group, brass band, orchestra and majorette team has the right to participate.
Children’s ensembles, youth ensembles, adult ensembles.
On the festival may participate folklore dance groups, modern dance groups, vocal groups, instrumental groups and soloists, as well as groups and performers from other art styles.
The number of participants are limited (only 3 groups from each country).
Each group should consist of 20 to 60 members including dancers, managers and musicians.
Ensemble should have prepared at least 2 dances, total program of 12 minutes each with orchestra or USB.
The performances will be in the evening hours so you can plan the day ahead and use it for visiting the historical part of the city.

Ensembles groups should have their own transport for arrival and departure.
Accommodation in 3-star Hotels half board with 2 meals per day in triple and quadruple rooms.
Hotels like Hotel Rosemary and others like Tipo ***, Mazzini ***, Aldebaran ***, Apollo ***, Grifone ***, Da Bepi ***.
Participation Fee:
191 Euro for 3 HB per person (3 nights with 2 meals per day – Half Board)
Additional Costs:
Double room surcharge: 10€ additional per person per day
Tourist city tax in Venice municipality: 2 euro per person per day (additional payment)
Insurance: Personal responsibility and health insurance are within the other obligations of the groups. First Aid and Medical Hospital will be available, medical services must be covered by the group.

21:00 – 23:00 – Welcome reception with the leaders of the groups
Day 2:
08:00 – 10:00 – Breakfast
10:00 – 15:00 – Beach Time or Venice sightseeing with organized local tour guides (optional)
17:00 – 18:30 – Dinner in hotel
19:00 – 23:00 – Defile and festival evening on the main square – PIAZZA TORINO (certificates and presents for ensembles by organizer on the stage, exchange presents between leaders of ensembles)

10:00 – 15:00 – Boat tours to Murano and Burano or free beach time (optional)
17:30 – 18:30 – Dinner in hotel
