Participation Information

Eligibility:
Folklore groups from around the world and different regions of Georgia (no age limits) are invited to participate. The following categories will be presented:

• Folklore dances
• Folklore songs (ensembles and individuals)
• Songs and romances
• Folklore handcraft arts (exhibitions)

Performance Requirements:
Each group will present two shows, each lasting 3-5 minutes.
In the final concert, participating artists will present one performance.
Performances can use live music or phonograms.
Participants are required to submit their program, including audio and video files of previous performances, and materials to be published in the festival’s newspaper and booklet.

Awards:
Festival participants will be honored with Festival Laureate Diplomas and various presents.

Application and Fees

• All groups must submit an application form. Upon approval, participants are required to pay a 10% guarantee fee. This fee will be deducted from the final payment.
• Advance Payment: 50% of the total fee is to be paid upon confirmation, with the remaining 50% due at least one week prior to the festival.
