We warmly invite folk ensembles, choral groups, orchestras, brass bands, modern dance groups, and majorette teams to participate in the VI International Kuşadası Folk Dance Festival “SÖKE”. Our festival aims to present the cultural traditions of different countries and to provide an opportunity for participants to build friendships and showcase their cultures through dance and music. The festival is open to all folk and choir ensembles, orchestras, and majorettes, regardless of the members’ gender and age.
To express interest in participating, groups must complete and submit an Application Form. Submission of the filled and signed application implies agreement with the terms outlined in this document. Additionally, ensembles are required to prepare a minimum of two dances, each lasting 8-15 minutes, to be presented with a USB or live orchestra. Folklore groups should also bring their country’s flag and a few gifts for municipal visits.
By August 10, 2026, each group must provide a list of participants, including names, surnames, genders, dates of birth, and passport numbers. Please send a brief CV and a minimum of three photos of your group via email.
The participation fee includes accommodation options as follows:
Accommodation will be in a hotel in Söke, Turkey. Leaders and drivers will be provided with two double rooms, while the rest of the group will stay in triple and quadruple rooms. An additional day can be reserved at a rate of 35 Euros per person per day. For groups comprising 25 persons, one group leader is entitled to complimentary participation (24 paying + 1 free).

The festival organizers reserve the right to change the festival schedule.
Optional excursion programs will be available, providing participants with opportunities to explore the cultural richness and beauty of the Turkish Riviera. Details on excursion options will be provided closer to the festival date.
