Eligible groups include: – Folklore Groups – Orchestras – Majorette Teams – Modern Dance Groups – Choirs – Music Bands
This is a non-competitive event featuring both traditional and modern performances. Groups should prepare at least two dances (8-12 minutes each) and perform using either a USB recording or live orchestras. Each group should bring their country’s flag and at least four gifts for official visits.
Submit a completed and signed Application Form, indicating acceptance of the terms and conditions. Attach a short CV and at least six photos of the group by email. Provide a participant list with full names, sex, date of birth, and passport numbers by the deadline. Only three groups from each country can participate, so space is limited.
Groups must arrange their own transport for arrival and departure. For groups arriving by plane, the festival committee will organize airport and festival transfers free of charge.
Participants will be accommodated in either the 5-star Marinem Princess Hotel Kumburgaz or the 5-star Eser Hotel in Büyükçekmece, Istanbul.
Double room: 10 EUR/person/day. Single room: 18 EUR/person/day.
Accommodation in 5-star hotels (3-bedded rooms). Half Board (breakfast and one additional meal). Participation in festival concerts. Professional sound, stage, and lighting equipment. Welcome cocktails for group leaders. Souvenir and gift for each group. Certificate of attendance. Drinks during performances.
