PARTICIPATION INFORMATION
We invite folk ensembles, choral groups, ballroom dance teams, art schools, music theatres, modern dance teams, orchestras, and majorette teams (children and youth groups) to participate in the XII International “ANTALYA DANCE MUSIC CULTURE FESTIVAL”, taking place from May 4th to May 10th, 2026, in Side, Antalya.

  • Arrival & Departure: Participants are required to check in on May 4th (check-in time is 14:00) and depart on May 10th (check-out time is 11:00).
  • Early Check-In & Late Check-Out: The cost for early check-in and late check-out is 15 Euro per person, which includes food and beverage service, but does not cover room charges.
  • Participation Conditions: There is no limit on the number of participants, and there is no age limit for participation. Participants may use USB or live music for their performances. Groups must submit 5 pictures and 1 performance video.
  • Performance Details: The festival committee will assign the performance area. Performances will take place in open-air spaces measuring 8×10 meters, and each group’s performance should last between 3 to 6 minutes, with a maximum length of 10 minutes.
  • Security & Transport: The festival committee will ensure the safety of all participants. Local transport for groups will be provided by the festival committee. Airport transfers are available for groups arriving at Antalya Airport (cost: 35 Euro per person for round trip).
  • Group Flags: Each group should bring their country’s flag to the event.

ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION

Participants will stay in a 5-star hotel offering Ultra All-Inclusive service for the duration of their stay.

Room Types & Pricing:

  • Triple Rooms: 175 Euro per person for 5 nights, 6 days (includes Ultra All-Inclusive service).
  • Double Rooms: 43 Euro per person per day.
  • Single Rooms: 77 Euro per person per day.
  • Triple rooms consist of 1 French bed and 1 single bed.
  • Quadruple rooms consist of 1 French bed, 1 single bed, and 1 extra bed (smaller than the other beds).
    Festival Amenities: Participants will receive a souvenir, a welcome cocktail with the group leaders, and a certificate of attendance. Free bus parking will be available, and festival promotion will include newsletters, social media posts, posters, and flyers.

PROGRAM INFORMATION

Below is the detailed schedule for the festival, including activities, performances, and free time:

Day 1

  • 10:00 – 12:00: Welcome & Hotel Check-In
  • 12:00 – 16:00: Free time (Swimming pool – Sea)
  • 12:30 – 14:00: Lunch
  • 17:00 – 18:00: Meeting with directors and choreographers
  • 18:30 – 20:00: Dinner

Day 2

  • 08:00 – 10:00: Breakfast
  • 12:30 – 14:00: Lunch
  • 14:30 – 19:00: Hotel activities (Swimming pool – Sea)
  • 19:00 – 20:00: Dinner
  • 20:30 – 22:30: Parade Performance (Maximum 8 minutes per group)

Day 3

  • 08:00 – 10:00: Breakfast
  • 10:00 – 12:30: Hotel activities (Swimming pool – Sea)
  • 12:30 – 13:30: Lunch
  • 13:30 – 16:00: Excursion (Yacht Tour)
  • 17:00 – 19:00: Free time
  • 19:00 – 20:00: Dinner
  • 20:30 – 22:00: Performance (Maximum 8 minutes per group)

Day 4

  • 08:00 – 10:00: Breakfast
  • 10:00 – 12:00: Free time (Swimming pool – Sea)
  • 12:00 – 13:00: Lunch
  • 11:00 – 16:00: Aquapark Activity
  • 19:30 – 20:30: Dinner
  • 20:30 – 22:30: Performance (Maximum 8 minutes per group)

Day 5

  • 08:00 – 10:00: Breakfast
  • 11:00 – 12:30: Free time (Swimming pool – Sea)
  • 12:30 – 14:30: Lunch
  • 14:30 – 18:30: Free time (Side Ancient City, Manavgat Waterfall, Shopping)
  • 19:00 – 20:00: Dinner
  • 20:30 – 22:30: Performance (Maximum 8 minutes per group)

Day 6

  • 07:30 – 10:00: Breakfast
  • 11:00: Departure

Insurance: Participants are responsible for their personal health and responsibility insurance. First aid and medical services will be available, but medical expenses must be covered by the group. After the festival, organizers will send a link to the festival photos and videos, with copyright ownership belonging to the festival organizers.

EXCURSIONS INFORMATION
During free time, participants will have the opportunity to explore the area through various excursions:

  • Boat Trip
  • Aquapark
  • Sightseeing: Groups will have free time to visit local attractions, such as Side Ancient City, Manavgat Waterfall, and the shopping areas.
