Participation Info

With great pleasure, we invite folk ensembles, choral groups, orchestras, brass bands, majorette teams, vocal groups, art schools, and other performers (children, youth, and adult groups) to participate in the XIII International Music & Dance Festival “EYE OF DUBAI” from 17-23 December 2026, in Dubai, UAE.

The festival’s mission is to present the cultural traditions of different countries, offering an opportunity for participants to establish friendships and showcase their cultures through dance and music in the amazing world city of Dubai. The idea of the Festival is to bring music closer to people, showcasing performances on streets and squares.

General Rules:

• Eligibility: Open to all groups; non-competitive showcase of traditional and modern dances, brass bands, orchestras, modern dance groups, choral groups, majorette teams, instrumental groups, soloists, and performers from other art styles.
• Limited Participants: Only 3 groups per country.
• Group Size: Maximum of 50 members, including dancers, managers, musicians, and family members.
• Performance Duration: Each group should prepare a 15-minute dance or music program or provide a USB with the performance.
• Choral Groups: Should prepare a free program of 12 minutes.
• Send Information: A short CV (5-6 sentences in English), 3 photos of the group, and a video link of a previous performance.
• Flag: Groups must bring their country’s flag.
• Transportation: Groups must arrange their own transportation for arrival and departure.
