We invite you to join us in the historic region of Çanakkale, Turkey, the legendary home of ancient Troy.
This area is steeped in myth and history, offering a dramatic backdrop of the Dardanelles strait and landscapes that whisper tales of the past. It is the perfect setting for cultural celebration and artistic competition during the festival from 03–07 July 2026.
Festival Welcomes:
Folk dance groups (all ages welcome).
General Rules:
Performances lasting 6–8 minutes (live music preferred, recorded music acceptable).
All groups must prepare a minimum of 2 different performances.
Bring your national flag.
Each country must bring 3 gifts for official exchanges.
No limit on the number of participants per group.
Submit the application form with:
Minimum 6 digital photos of the group.
A short group description.
Performance videos or links with descriptions.
Groups arrange their own transport to Çanakkale.
Payment: As confirmation, a non-refundable deposit of 1000 € must be paid in advance. The remaining balance is due 15 days before the festival or upon arrival at the accommodation. Last application and deposit deadline: 15.04.2026.

Option 2: High-Quality Private Hostels

Festival Fee:
Option 1 – Hotels:
3-star hotels (Temizay, Helen): 210 EUR per person.
4-star hotel (Yurdakul Otel): 230 EUR per person.
Option 2 – Hostels:
High-quality private hostels: 150 EUR per person.
All packages include: 4 nights with half board (open buffet breakfast and dinner).
One free participant for every 25 paying participants.
Additional Room Costs:
Double room supplement: 10 EUR per person per day.
Single room supplement: 20 EUR per person per day.
Included by Organizers:
Organizational expenses.
Accommodation at the chosen hotel or hostel option.
Meals: Open buffet breakfast and dinner daily.
One attendance certificate per person.
Payment Terms:

Daytime free for exploration or optional activities.
Dinner.
21:00 – Festival Competition & Performance Evening.
Day 4 (06 July):
Breakfast.
Daytime free.
Dinner.
Evening: Awards Ceremony and Celebration.
Day 5 (07 July):
Breakfast.
12:00 – Check-out and departure.
