We invite you to join us in the beautiful city of Larnaca, Cyprus, for a celebration of cultural traditions and artistic exchange.
Cyprus, described as a “golden-green leaf thrown into the Sea,” is a land of tall mountains, fertile valleys, and wide beaches. Settled for over 10 millennia, it stands at a cultural crossroads between Europe and Asia. Known for its hospitality, delicious cuisine, and warm seas, Cyprus offers the perfect setting for this festival from 15-20 October 2025.
Festival Welcomes:
Folklore dance groups, modern dance groups, vocal groups, choir ensembles, instrumental groups, orchestras, and other art performers.
General Rules:
Prepare at least 2 folk dances or performances (10-15 minutes total, live or USB).
Bring the national flag of your country.
Limit: 3 groups per country.
Groups may include dancers, managers, musicians, parents, and accompanying persons.
Send a short resume (5-6 sentences in English) and 5 group photos 20 days before the festival.
Groups arrange their own transport to Cyprus. Transfers from Larnaca Airport to the hotel are provided by organizers.
Accommodation:
3-star seaside hotel in the historical center of Larnaca.
Participation Fee:
320 EUR per person for 5 nights / 6 days.
Included by Organizers:
2 meals per day (breakfast and dinner) at a restaurant near the hotel.
One free participation per 25 dancers.
Souvenirs, gifts, and certificates for each group.
Prize for the group.
Transfers from Larnaca Airport to the hotel and back, as well as transportation to performance venues.
Additional Notes:
Personal liability and health insurance are the responsibility of the groups.
A 10% advance payment is required once participation is confirmed.
