  • €245 per person – 5 nights / 6 days accommodation in a Standard Double Room on a Bed & Breakfast (BB) basis, including daily breakfast.
  • €329 per person – 5 nights / 6 days accommodation in a Standard Double Room on a Half-Board (HB) basis, including daily breakfast and dinner.
Depending on flight availability from your country, arrival or departure may take place one day before or after the official program dates. Airport transfers will be organized according to the confirmed flight schedules.Services IncludedThe participation package includes:

Services Not IncludedThe following items are not included in the participation fee:
  • International flights to and from Zanzibar (flight arrangements can also be organized by our association upon request)
  • Tanzanian visa (USD 50, payable upon arrival at the airport)
  • Mandatory Zanzibar Inbound Travel Insurance (approximately USD 44, purchased online before arrival)
  • Additional travel or medical insurance
  • Optional excursions and entrance fees
  • Lunches, beverages, and personal expenses
  • Hotel infrastructure/tourist tax (USD 4 per person per night)
  • Refundable hotel security deposit, if required by the hotel
Registration & Payment
  • Application deadline: Until all places are filled (early booking is highly recommended)
  • Deposit: 50% of the total amount upon registration (deducted from the final payment)
  • Final payment: Due 30 days before departure
  • Passport validity: Minimum 6 months beyond the return date with at least two blank pages
  • Booking requirement: Scanned copy of the passport information page for each participant
