Accommodation & Meals
Comfortable stays tailored to your group’s needs
WOFA cooperates with a wide range of hotels, hostels, and apartment complexes to provide convenient accommodation for participating groups. Options vary depending on the festival and location, ensuring flexibility for groups of different sizes and preferences.
Room Structures
Accommodation can include:
Double rooms (2 persons) – standard option for leaders or small groups
Triple rooms (3 persons) – ideal for smaller participant groups
Quadruple rooms (4 persons) – common choice for youth ensembles and teams
Five-person apartments (5 persons) – suitable for larger groups wishing to stay together
Six-person apartments (6 persons) – economical solution for big teams and families
Room availability may differ depending on the selected festival and destination.
Meal Plans
Groups may select the meal plan that best fits their needs:
BB – Bed & Breakfast
Accommodation with breakfast included. Lunch and dinner are self-arranged.HB – Half Board
Accommodation with breakfast and dinner (sometimes breakfast and lunch, depending on the hotel). Drinks are usually not included.FB – Full Board
Accommodation with three meals per day: breakfast, lunch, and dinner. This is the most complete option for groups who prefer all meals organized in advance.
Important Notes
Hotel Quality Levels: Depending on the country, the level of quality of a 3-star or 4-star hotel may differ. A 4-star hotel in one country may not offer the same standards as a 4-star hotel in another. WOFA selects trusted partners in each destination to ensure the best possible comfort within local standards.
Tourist taxes (city tax) may be charged separately, depending on the destination.
Supplements: Single-room or double-room supplements may apply (for leaders, teachers, or parents who request smaller rooms).
Special diets: Vegetarian or dietary requests should be communicated in advance.
Partner hotels: All hotels are chosen to provide reliable service and comfort suitable for international cultural groups.
✅ By offering a variety of rooming structures, meal plans, and hotel categories, WOFA ensures that each group — folklore, choir, orchestra, majorette, or dance — can find accommodation suited to their needs and budget, with clear expectations for local standards.
