We invite you to join us in the beautiful coastal city of Bartın, Turkey.
Bartın, located on the Black Sea coast, is renowned for its natural harbors, historic wooden architecture, and lush green landscapes. The city offers a blend of cultural heritage and stunning seaside beauty. Nearby Amasra, a charming ancient town on a peninsula, features Byzantine ruins, a picturesque castle, and breathtaking coastal views. Together, these locations create the perfect backdrop for an unforgettable cultural exchange during the festival from 27-30 July 2026.
Festival Welcomes:
Folk dance ensembles (children, youth, and adult groups).
General Rules:
Performance duration suitable for stage presentation.
Bring national flag and group banner.
Limit: 55 persons per group.
Live music preferred, but recorded music is possible.
Send group CV, photos, and videos via email or provide website address.
Groups arrange own transport to Bartın. Specific instructions provided for airport arrivals.
Each group must bring their national flag and a banner displaying their group name.
A presentation of gifts for the Mayor and Festival Director is required.
The age of dancers is not restricted; all age groups are welcome.

Participation Fee:
90 EUR per person – 4 nights in hostel with half board (breakfast and dinner).
110 EUR per person – 4 nights in hotel with half board (breakfast and dinner).

10:00 – Departure to Inkumu Beach. Free time for sun & sea activities.
17:30 – Dinner at accommodation.
18:30 – Festival preparations, dressing in local attire.
19:30 – Opening ceremony procession in front of municipal facilities.
20:00 – Group performances on stage.
21:00 – Return to accommodation.
22:30 – Overnight.
Day 3 – Sunday, July 29, 2026
08:30 – Breakfast.
10:00 – Departure to Amasra. Free time for sea & sand activities.
17:30 – Dinner in Bartın city center.
18:30 – Dressing in local costume.
20:30 – Group performances on stage.
21:00 – Return to accommodation.
