Accommodation Info

Accommodation in 3-star hotels along the Adriatic Riviera.

Participation Fee:

• 240 EUR – 5 nights with half board (breakfast and dinner) + 1 lunch.

• 215 EUR – 4 nights with half board (25 EUR less for one night fewer).

• 190 EUR – 3 nights with half board (50 EUR less for two nights fewer).

Additional Costs:

• Double room surcharge: 7 EUR/person/day.

• Single room surcharge: 30 EUR/person/day.

• City tax: up to 3 EUR/person/night (max 15 EUR, paid at hotel).

• Extra night: 47 EUR/person/day.

Included by Organizers:

• One free person for every 26 paying participants.

• Organizational expenses, full festival program, and professional assistance.

• Official invitation letters for visas.

• Plaques, certificates, diplomas.

Hotel Facilities:

• Standard triple or quadruple rooms.

• Family apartments available (4+2 beds).

• Check-in after 14:00, check-out until 11:00.

Payments:

• Advance I: 10% – payable to the Promotion Platform at the moment of registration/confirmation.
• Advance II: 30% – payable to the main organizer (FolkVision Events) within 20 working days after
  the first advance payment.
• Balance: 60% – payable no later than 30 days before the start of the event.
• All payments must be made by bank transfer to the accounts indicated by the organizers.
• Bank charges are the responsibility of the participating group.
• Payments are non-refundable in case of cancellation by the group.
• In case of force majeure (natural disasters, pandemics, major restrictions), payments may be
  transferred as credit to a future edition of the festival.
• Payments to the main organizer are due only after the Participation Agreement has been signed.
