We invite you to the historic and beautiful city of Kraków, Poland, for a prestigious international competition.

Kraków, the former royal capital, is a cultural heart of Poland, renowned for its well-preserved medieval core and Jewish quarter. The city boasts the magnificent Wawel Royal Castle and the bustling Main Market Square. The festival will be held at the modern and iconic Museum of Japanese Art and Technology Manggha, offering a unique cultural contrast.

This event is the perfect platform for artistic exchange and competition from 06-08 December 2025.

Festival Welcomes:

  • Dance groups (folk, classical, contemporary, jazz, street, ballroom, show-bellydance, etc.)

  • Folklore groups, ritual theatres, folk art ensembles

  • Vocal, instrumental groups, and choirs

  • Theatre groups and acting skills

  • Fashion theatres / fashion shows

  • Soloists, duets, trios, quartets in all genres

  • Other genres accepted upon application review

General Rules:

  • Performance duration limits apply (see below).

  • Bring your own instruments (piano available on request).

  • Groups may perform in multiple categories with separate applications and fees.

  • Submit application and HIGH-QUALITY music by 10 November 2025.

  • Applications after the deadline accepted upon request.

Performance Duration:

  • Soloists, Duets, Trios, Quartets: 1 performance up to 3 min.

  • Small Groups (5-9 participants): 1-2 performances, total up to 5 min.

  • Groups (10+ participants): 1-2 performances, total up to 9 min.

  • Theatres (5+ participants): Excerpt up to 9 min.

Awards & Jury Info

Awards:

  • DIAMOND GRAND PRIX: Exceptional award for outstanding achievement.

  • GRAND PRIX: For the absolute winner. Includes diploma, gift, medals, trophy.

  • Small Grand Prix: May be awarded by the jury.

  • 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th Place: Medals, individual diplomas, group trophy.

  • Participant Diploma: For scores below 4th place. Includes medals, diplomas, trophy.

  • Debut Diploma: For MINI KIDS category (4-6 yrs). Includes medals, diplomas, trophy.

  • All leaders and teachers receive Certificates of Appreciation.

  • All participants receive commemorative gifts, badges, and festival symbols.

Jury & Evaluation:

  • The international jury consists of 4-5 experts from culture, art, and media.

  • Evaluation is on a 10-point scale, tailored to each genre and age category.

  • Criteria include technique, interpretation, repertoire choice, and overall artistic impression.

  • The jury’s decisions are final and not subject to appeal.

6. Age Categories

  • MINI Kids: 4–6 years

  • Kids: 7–9 years

  • Children: 10–13 years

  • Juniors: 14–17 years

  • Adults: 18 years and older

  • Seniors: 50 years and older

  • MIXED GROUPS

Festival Package Cost (includes accommodation):

  • Hostel (3-5 person rooms): 130 EUR per person

  • Hotel (2-4 person rooms): 179 EUR per person

  • Offer: 20 paying participants + 1 group leader free

What’s Included in the Package:

  • Accommodation for 3 days / 2 nights.

  • Meals: breakfast and dinner (from dinner on arrival day to breakfast on departure day).

  • Guided tour of Kraków.

  • Official invitation letters and documents.

What’s Not Included:

  • Festival participation fee (see below).

  • Transportation to/from Kraków.
