We invite you to join us in the charming coastal town of Ayvalık, Turkey. Known for its beautiful beaches, historic stone houses, olive groves, and the unique Cunda Island, Ayvalık provides a picturesque and welcoming setting for an unforgettable cultural exchange during the I. International Choir Festival from 01-05 July 2026.
Festival Welcomes:
Choir groups (age of participants is not limited).
General Rules:
Performances lasting 10-15 minutes.
Bring your national flag.
Number of participants per group is not specified.
Gifts: An attendance certificate for each person.
Pocket money will not be paid by the Festival Committee.
Groups arrange their own transport to Ayvalık.
It is your responsibility to have valid international health insurance.
Accommodation at one of the following hotels or similar:
Kalif Hotel, Mare Ayvalık Hotel, Cemgül Hotel (Festival fee: 210 EUR)
Ergin Hotel, Billurcu Hotel (Festival fee: 230 EUR)

Festival Fee:
210 EUR per person for accommodation at: Kalif Hotel, Mare Ayvalık Hotel, or Cemgül Hotel.
230 EUR per person for accommodation at: Ergin Hotel or Billurcu Hotel.
Both packages include: 4 nights with half board (open buffet breakfast and dinner).
One free participant for every 25 paying participants.
Additional Room Costs:
Double room supplement: 5 EUR per person per day.
Single room supplement: 15 EUR per person per day.
Included by Organizers:
Organizational expenses.
Accommodation at one of the specified hotels.
Meals: Open buffet breakfast and dinner daily.
One attendance certificate per person.
Payment Terms:
As confirmation, a non-refundable deposit of 1000 EUR per group is required upon application.
The remaining balance is to be paid 15 days before the festival or upon arrival at the hotel, as agreed.
