Accommodation Information

Accommodation will be provided at Kumru Hotels in Çanakkale, Turkey, with 2 meals per day (breakfast and dinner). The details are as follows:

Participation Fee:

• 100 Euro per person for 3 HB (3 nights, 2 meals per day)
• 130 Euro per person for 4 HB (4 nights, 2 meals per day)

The accommodation includes:

• 2* or 3* hotel rooms (triple and quadruple rooms, with an additional fee for double or single rooms)
• 2 meals per day (breakfast and dinner)
• Souvenir and gift for each group
• Certificate of attendance

Additional Costs:

• 7€ per person per day for a double room
• 15€ per person per day for a single room
• Additional days at 35 euros per person per day
• For groups of 25 people, one leader is entitled to complimentary participation (24 paying + 1 free).

Payment Information

Groups wishing to participate must pay in advance a 10% guarantee fee, which will be deducted from the final payment. A 20% fee for accommodation booking must also be sent to the organizer. The remainder of the payment will be due before the beginning of the festival or upon arrival, based on an agreement with the organizers.

• Transportation (arrival and departure)
• Optional tour programs
• Insurance
• Any other expenses not explicitly stated in the “Participation Fee Covers” section.
