With pleasure we INVITE (Children – Youth – Adult – Veteran) to participate in the “International Cappadocia Dance, Music and Folkdance Festival” 13 – 17 July 2026, Nevşehir, Turkiye.
The intention of our invitation and the Festival motive is to present the cultural tradition of different countries and to provide an opportunity for the members of groups to get together, to establish friendships and culture presentation through dance and music. The idea of the Festival is to bring the music closer to the people and to present the music on the streets and the squares. The festival is open for folk and choir ensembles, as well as orchestras and majorettes regardless of the member’s gender and age.

General Rules:
Ensembles must prepare a minimum of two dances, each lasting 6-12 minutes (USB or live orchestra).
Bring national flag and a few gifts for municipal visits.
Send brief CV and minimum three photos of the group via email.
By July 05, 2026, provide a list of participants (names, surnames, genders, dates of birth, passport numbers).
Groups arrange own transport for arrival and departure.
Any group must submit an Application form. Submission implies agreement with the terms.
Accommodation in Nevşehir, Turkiye:
Student Dorm: Leaders and drivers in 2 double rooms, others in triple and quadruple rooms, each room with own bathroom.
Basic Hotels: Leaders and drivers in 2 double rooms, others in triple and quadruple rooms.
Participation Fee:
Student Dorm:
105 EUR – 3 nights with half board (2 meals per day)
135 EUR – 4 nights with half board (2 meals per day)
Basic Hotels:
150 EUR – 3 nights with half board (2 meals per day)
190 EUR – 4 nights with half board (2 meals per day)
Additional Costs:
Double room surcharge: 7 EUR/person/day.
Single room surcharge: 30 EUR/person/day.
Additional day: 40-50 EUR/person/day.

One free participation per 25 persons (25 paying + 1 free).
Participation in festival concerts.
Professional sound, stage, and light equipment.
Accommodation in 3-4 bedded rooms.
Half-board hotel accommodation.

Not Included:
Transportation (arrival and departure).

Payment Terms:
Approved groups pay 10% guarantee fee (deducted from final payment).
Next payment: 1,000 EUR for booking accommodation.
Remaining sum paid before or upon arrival (with organizer’s agreement).
