We invite you to join us in the beautiful cities of Tarnaveni and Targu Mures, Romania.
The festival will be held from 20-24 August 2026.
Festival Welcomes:
Folk ensembles (including leaders, drivers, interpreters, and other accompanying persons).
General Rules:
Maximum 45 persons per ensemble.
Performances of 5–15 minutes (live or recorded music).
Bring national flag.
Max one group per country unless otherwise agreed.
Submit travel details and visa information (if needed) by 30 April 2026.
Groups arrange own transport to Romania. Airport transfers (Cluj Napoca/Sibiu) available at extra cost for non-European groups.
Accommodation:
Hotel in Tarnaveni/Targu Mures, rooms for 2–3 persons.
Participation Fee:
245 EUR per person for full board (breakfast, lunch, dinner) from 20–24 August 2026.
Included by Organizers:
Accommodation and meals during festival period.
Guide-interpreter (English-speaking).
Plaque, diploma, and souvenir exchange.
Cultural/tourist program during spare time.
Sound equipment provided for performances.
Emergency medical care during festival.
Not Included:
Medical insurance (required for all participants).
