We invite you to join us in the beautiful coastal city of Kuşadası, İzmir, Turkey. Kuşadası is renowned for its stunning Aegean coastline, vibrant marina, and proximity to the ancient city of Ephesus. It provides the perfect backdrop for an unforgettable cultural exchange during the festival from 20-24 April 2026.
Festival Welcomes:
Dance groups (children and youth).
General Rules:
Dancers must be between 8-16 years old.
Performances lasting 5-10 minutes (live music preferred, recorded music also acceptable).
Each group must prepare a minimum of 2 different performances.
Bring your national flag.
Number of participants per group is not limited.
Gifts: An attendance certificate for each person.
Pocket money will not be paid by the Festival Committee.
Groups arrange their own transport to Kuşadası, İzmir.
It is your responsibility to have valid international health insurance.

Participation Fee:
200 EUR per person for 4 nights with full board (open buffet breakfast, lunch, and dinner).
One free participant for every 25 paying participants.
Additional Room Costs:
Double room supplement: 10 EUR per person per day.
Single room supplement: 20 EUR per person per day.
Included by Organizers:
Organizational expenses.
Accommodation at the specified 3-star hotel.
Meals: Open buffet breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily.
One attendance certificate per person.
Payment Terms:
As confirmation, a non-refundable deposit of 1000 EUR per group is required upon application.
The remaining balance is to be paid 15 days before the festival or upon arrival at the hotel, as agreed.
