We invite you to experience the unique beauty of Istanbul and Şile, where the vibrant metropolis meets the scenic Black Sea coast. This festival offers a blend of urban culture and natural charm, set against the stunning backdrop of a city straddling two continents. The festival will take place from 18-22 May 2026.
Festival Welcomes:
Folk dance groups, modern dance groups, singing ensembles, majorettes, and choruses (participants must be 10 years old and above).
General Rules:
Performances lasting 5-15 minutes (live music or CD/USB).
All groups must secure their own medical insurance before attending the festival.
Submit group photos with the application.
Performances with live or recorded music are permitted.
Accommodation in a 4-star hotel. Rooms feature 2-3 beds with toilet and shower in each room.
Participation Fee:
195 EUR – 4 nights, 5 days with full board (breakfast, lunch, and dinner).
Additional Costs:
Extra day: 45 EUR per person.
Included by Organizers:
One free leader for groups of more than 30 people. Two free leaders for groups of 45 or more.
Access to hotel facilities: indoor and outdoor swimming pools, game rooms, activity hall.
Cultural activities: Turkish folk dances, musical instruments, Turkish lessons, morning exercises.
Hotel reservations confirmed after a 20% deposit of the total fee is paid.
Competition Fee (for evaluation):
Soloist: 50 EUR per participant
Duet: 30 EUR per participant
Trio: 20 EUR per participant
Groups: 15 EUR per participant
