We invite you to join us in the beautiful city of Budapest, Hungary.
Budapest is the biggest city and the economic, historic, cultural and touristic capital of Hungary. It is a city on either side of the majestic Danube: Buda, with its romantic streets and alleyways, and Pest, an effervescent cultural center. Budapest is a city of thermal baths, striking turn-of-the-century architecture, classical music, cultural monuments and vibrant nightlife.
The festival will take place from 26 – 29 November, 2026.
Festival Welcomes:
Mixed choirs, female choirs, and male choirs.
General Rules:
Participants must be 16 years of age or older.
Performance program up to 30 minutes.
Include one composition from your country of origin in your repertoire.
Repertoire can include secular, sacred compositions of contemporary and old composers.
1 or 2 performances per choir (duration depends on total number of choirs).
All choirs will perform the “Festival Hymn” together at the final concert.
No limit to the number of singers, but the organizer reserves the right to limit the number of choirs.

Accommodation in 3-star or 4-star hotels in Budapest.
Participation Fee:
3-star hotels:
139 EUR per person – 3 nights with bed & breakfast.
Rooms: triple (1/3) and double (1/2).
Maximum 5 double rooms available without surcharge; for more double rooms, additional payment of 6 EUR per room per day.
Single room supplement: 30 EUR per room per day.
4-star hotels:
149 EUR per person – 3 nights with bed & breakfast.
Rooms: double (1/2) and triple (1/3).
Single room supplement: 35 EUR per room per day.
Additional Info:
Each 26th person is free of charge (25 paying + 1 free).
Bus drivers are included in the total number of persons.

Invitation letter.
Participation in the festival.
Organization expenses.
Diplomas and souvenirs.
English-speaking guide for participating groups.
Application & Payment Conditions:
Any group willing to participate must submit the Application form.
Approved groups pay in advance a 10% guarantee fee, which is to be deducted at the final payment.
As the next step, the groups should pay in advance 30 EUR per person as a reservation, which is to be deducted at the final payment.
The groups pay all bank taxes.
The rest of the participation fee can be paid in cash upon arrival at the festival.
If the group cancels participation less than 5 days before the festival starts, the reservation expenses will not be refunded.
The arrangement price does not include:
Transport expenses (bus can be arranged by the organizer at the group’s cost if needed).
Insurance.
Local transfers.
Facultative tours.
All kinds of hospitality expenses not included in the board.
All other expenses not mentioned in the festival program.
Damage that participants make during the festival.
Very Important:
All participants must have their own international health insurance.
Each group leader is responsible for the behavior of his group in accordance with the hotel policy and festival program.
All damages during the festival will be at the cost of the group.
The organizer reserves the rights to the video and photos of all participants.
The organizer reserves the right to any changes in the program, and participants will be informed on time.
