We invite you to join us in the magical and historic region of Cappadocia, in Ürgüp, Turkey.
Cappadocia is world-renowned for its breathtaking landscapes of fairy chimneys, ancient rock-cut churches, and underground cities. This unique setting offers an unforgettable backdrop for cultural celebration and artistic competition, creating an inspiring atmosphere for the festival from 23–27 July 2026.
Festival Welcomes:
Folk dance groups (all ages welcome).
General Rules:
Performances lasting 5–10 minutes (live music preferred, recorded music acceptable).
All groups must prepare 2 different performances, each 6-8 minutes maximum.
Bring your national flag.
No limit on the number of participants per group.
Submit the application form with:
Minimum 6 digital photos of the group.
A short group description.
Performance videos or links with descriptions.
Groups arrange their own transport to Cappadocia.
Free airport transfer provided from Kayseri or Nevşehir Airport for groups arriving by plane.
Payment: As confirmation, a non-refundable deposit of 1000 € must be paid in advance. The remaining balance is due 15 days before the festival or upon arrival at the hotel. Last application and deposit deadline: 15.04.2026.

Festival Fee:
210 EUR per person for 4 nights / 5 days with half board (open buffet breakfast and dinner).
One free participant for every 25 paying participants.
Additional Room Costs:
Double room supplement: 10 EUR per person per day.
Single room supplement: 20 EUR per person per day.

Accommodation at the specified hotels.
Meals: Open buffet breakfast and dinner daily.
One festival hat, t-shirt, and attendance certificate per person.
Free airport transfer from Kayseri or Nevşehir Airport for groups arriving by plane.

21:00 – Main Festival Competition & Performance Evening.

Daytime free for optional excursions (e.g., hot air balloon ride, Göreme Open Air Museum).

Evening: Awards Ceremony and Gala Celebration.
